If you would like to have your order to ship to a different shipping address, please fax us at 980-225-0240 the following:
If your different ship to and bill to addresses are in the U.S.
- A utility bill, or gas bill, or cable bill, or any document with your name and address.
- Your name and address must match that of the bill to or ship to address.
If your different ship to and bill to addresses are in the U.S and an other country.
- Your driver's license or ID with your photo and license no. blocked out, we only need your name and address.
- The credit card that you used to make the purchase with the credit card no. blocked out EXCEPT for the last 4 digits, (last 5 digits for American Express).
- Your name and address must match your billing or shipping address.
You can also scan the above documents and email it as an attachment to us at info@lussoboutique.com.
