International Order

  • For international order, your item is shipped by USPS Express International mail (EMS) which will arrive within 5 - 6 business days depending on your location or USPS Priority International which will arrive within 6 - 10 business days according to USPS' web site. Please choose your shipping option at check out.

  • It may also take a few more days to arrive to you depending on your country’s mail system.  It will take longer during the Christmas season due to heavy mail volume. USPS tracking is not upated like UPS tracking.  It will only show when the package left the U.S. and is delivered to you. 

  • USPS tracking information is entered and updated in the evening even though your package was shipped in the morning. If the tracking information does not show up, please check again the next morning.

  • We guarantee that your order will be shipped 1 -2 business days when payment is received.  If for some reason we are not able to do so due to a mistake in inventory, we will notify you by email immediately. 

  • International customers are responsible for custom duties that may be charged by your country.

  • Notification of shipping with tracking no. will be emailed to you when your order is shipped so that you can track on www.usps.com

  • PLEASE provide an email address that you check often to receive your tracking no. or in case we have to contact you concerning your order.

  • We cannot be held responsible for non delivery due to mistakes made by your country postal system, the tracking result on www.usps.com is your proof of delivery.

  • We ship daily except on Saturday, Sunday, U.S. public holidays, and when we are on vacation.

  • If you order mutiple items and pay separately, they will be shipped together, shipping cost cannot be refunded.

  • To prevent unauthorized use of your credit card and credit card fraud, We DO NOT ship international orders which have different bill to and ship to addresses.

  • All sales are final for international customers except for gross representation of the product.

  • What to do when my international order is declined

  • Make sure that the name and address that you enter is EXACTLY the same as that registered with your credit card company.
  • Make sure to enter your province and postal code.
  • Our credit card acceptance company PayPal will let you have 2 trys on each credit card. You can order again with another credit card.
  • When all else fail, open an account at www.paypal.com, it is free and only takes a few days to verify your credit card.
  • Once your credit card is verified, you can place your order again.
  • If you place an order, than means you understood and will abide with our international order policy.
