Exchange or replacement
Please email us at info@lussoboutique.com within 5 days after you receive your order, let us know you would like to return your items and the reason of return.
We will email you a RN # (return no.). Please write it on the box and return it back within 2 business days to the address that was emailed to you.
Please return the package by any courier with a tracking no. and signature confirmation for your protection.
Handbag, wallet, wristlet, coin purse, scarf must be returned in unused original condition with care card, instruction card, dust bag, tissue, plastic bag, retail price tag, and original packaging where applicable.
Jewelry items must be returned in unused original condition. If your jewelry such as bracelets, earrings, necklace was shipped in a box with packaging material to prevent damage, please return it in the original box and pack securely with the original packing material, if it is returned in a soft mailing envelop and the jewelry item is damage, the refund is less 95% of the price because it cannot be sold it again.
Return shipping is your responsibility. International shipping cost or domestic signature confirmation and insurance is not refundable.
Refund will be sent back by original method of payment as soon as the package arrives, and an email will be sent to you with the refund detail.
Please note
Return cannot be accepted for the following:
- If you do not notify us within 5 days after receipt of your item.
- If item is not shipped back to us within 2 business days after RN# is issued.
- If the item is used or damaged.
- If any of the inside and outside packaging such as care card, instruction card, dust bag, tissue, original packaging, plastic bag, the plastic loop that holds the retail price tag is cut, the retail price tag is missing or damaged. The retail price tag is the proof of authenticity, the handbag cannot be sold again without it.
Important
All sales are final for clearance items. There is a 20% restocking fees for the return of clearance since the price is drastically reduced.
If you would like to have an exact match of the color of the handbag or jewelry to your clothing (such as an exact match of a green handbag, green earrings to your green dress), please do so at your local department store. It is not possible to do so online as the material is different (ie. leather, crystal, fabric). Also, the color on each computer monitor is different. There is a 20% restocking charge for items return for such reason.
If your item is not received after 15 days after the RA# is issued, there is a 80% restocking charge for rental fee.
If item is not returned within 2 business days after the RA# is issued, there is a 20% restocking fees due to the chance of loss of sales by other customers.
If you are buying any item as a gift, please be familiarized with his/her taste, style, the size of the handbag and other accessories, and the style of jewelry he/she carries.
Each item has multiple detailed photos and size stated on the description, if your reason for a replacement is that you do not like the size or color or the style of the item that you purchase, please do the following:
- Contact us as stated on the return instruction of the top of this page.
- Return the items within 2 business days after RA# is issued by any courier with a signature confirmation for your protection.
- Email us your exchange or replacement item; we will save it for you. If you do not specify the exchange or replacement item, we cannot be held responsible if the item is sold out.
- If the exchange value is lower than what you purchase, we will refund the difference less the original shipping cost (free shipping + signature confirmation and insurance), less the replacement shipping cost because we provide free shipping for your first purchase.
- If the exchange value is higher than your return, we will bill you the difference with international shipping cost or domestic signature confirmation and insurance as a PayPal invoice to your email address, you do not need a PayPal account to pay, credit card is accepted. We also accept money order.
- Once the payment is received, your exchange or replacement item will be shipped to you with a tracking no.
If you place an order, that means you understood and will abide with our return policy.
