Please email us at info@lussoboutique.com within 5 days after you receive your order, let us know you would like to return your items and the reason of return.
Once return is approved, we will email you a RN # (return no.). Just write that on the box and return it back within 2 business days to the address that we email you.
Please return the package by any courier with a tracking no. and signature confirmation for your protection. Please email the tracking no. and the web site of your country’s mail system to us at info@lussoboutique.com so that we can both track your return.
Items must be returned in unused original condition with care card, instruction card, dust bag, tissue, plastic bag, retail price tag, and original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping is not refundable if your order was shipped by USPS overnight express except for gross misrepresention of the product.
Refund will be sent back by original method of payment as soon as the package arrives.
Important: Return cannot be accepted for the following:
1. If you do not notify us within 5 days after receipt of your item.
2. If item is not shipped back to us within 2 business days after RN# is issued.
3. If the item is used or damaged.
4. If any of the inside and outside packaging such as card card, instruction card, dust bag, tissue, original packaging, plastic bag, the plastic loop that holds the retail price tag is cut, the retail price tag is missing or damaged. The retail price tag is the proof of authenticity, the handbag cannot be sold again without it.
All sales are final for clearance items. There is a 10% restocking fees for return of all other items to cover the cost for processing return, relisting item, and free shipping cost.
Return cannot be accepted if the reason is: the size of the handbag, wallet, and other accessories are not right for you or your gift recipient if you or your gift recipient do not like the style or the color. The size is clearly stated in the description, detail photos are shown for each item on our site.
If you are buying any item as a gift, please be familiarized with his/her taste, style, and the size of the handbag and other accessories he/she carries.
Handbag, messenger bag, wallet and wrislet measurement:
There is no industrial standard for measuring handbags and wallets, the way we measure may be different than yours.
We sugguest that you draw out the measurement of the handbag on a piece of paper and compare it with the handbags you own to ensure that the size is right for you. Email us for questions concerning size if you are not sure.
Length measurement: the widest area from the left seam to the right seam of the purse/wallet or the widest area form the left to the right of the purse/wallet depending on how the purse is made.
Tall measurement: from the middle of the purse/wallet to the bottom or the bottom seam of the purse.
Depth measurement: the widest area of the side of the purse/wallet.
For handbags that have adjustable strap, the strap and drop is an average measurement.
