Domestic shipping
Your order will be shipped the next postal business day. USPS 1st class or USPS priority shipping is free in the U.S. Signature confirmation of $2.45 and insurance are required. Please click here for insurance rate
Want it faster? Express shipping is available for $38.00 at check out. We ship to APO and FPO addresses.

It is very IMPORTANT that you provide us with a valid phone no. and email address in case we have to contact you concerning your order and email your tracking no.
You can check your order status by clicking “view order status” on the top left of the home page, then enter your order no. and email address.
If you place multiple orders to the same shipping address, they will be shipped together; signature confirmation and insurance cannot be refunded.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas if you choose USPS priority mail shipping for orders that are placed 10 postal business days before Christmas due to USPS heavy mail volume, please choose Express Mail shipping if you want your order to arrive before Christmas.
International shipping
Your order will be shipped the next postal business day by USPS Express International mail (EMS) or USPS Priority International. Please choose your shipping option at check out.

If you place multiple orders to the same shipping address, they will be shipped together. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Domestic arrival time
- Arrival time for USPS 1st class mail is 2 - 5 business days.
- Arrival time for USPS priority mail is 3 business days.
- Arrival time for express mail is 1 business day. 2 business days for some states in the West coast, Hawaii, Alaska, and cities in remote areas, please call 1 877 246 9756 to check.
International arrival time
- Arrival time for USPS priority international mail is approximately 10 business days.
- Arrival time for USPS express international mail is approximately 5 business days.
The above arrival time is based on the information on the USPS website. Adverse weather, occasional problems within the USPS system, and heavy mail volume during the Holidays may cause delay in arrival. There may be a small delay for international mail due to the mail system in different countries.
Please do not hold us responsible for delay caused by the weather, the USPS system, and your country's mail system.
There will be 1 - 2 days delay in arrival time if your order is placed after December 15 due to heavy USPS mail volume.
